Wedding bells chimed in the night air of Maui this Awesomness Fest!

When we started Awesomeness Fest, we knew the magical meddling of a tribe of extraordinary people would lead to some miracles, but this year we surprised ourselves and witnessed our first, insanely cool Awesomeness Fest wedding proposal. Cory Boatright, a serial entrepreneur and tribe member, gave his wedding proposal to his beautiful, newly engaged fiancée Ivy Wong during one of the group dinners with the backdrop of a Hawaiian beach. The lead up to the proposal included a damn inspiring speech by Cory to boot, so we wanted to include the video to connect with this amazing moment for those who were there, and those wondering what cool stuff comes out of Awesomeness Fest.

The best part is, the relationship was forged exactly a year prior at Awesomeness Fest 2010 in Costa Rica. It’s probably the most awesome wedding proposal we’ve seen in years, and we wanted to congratulate the beautiful couple on what’s sure to be an amazing marriage!
